Congratulations to Josh Salzmann!
Congratulations to UIC graduate Joshua Salzmann (PhD, 2008), who just landed a tenure-track job at Northeastern Illinois University. At NIU, he will teach courses in Chicago and urban history, urban environmental history, and business, technology and the state. He will also be revising his UIC dissertation, "Safe Harbor: The Political Economy of Chicago's Waterfront, 1847-1927" for publication in the University of Pennsylvania Press series on "Business, Politics, and Society." Congratulations Josh!
