UIC Alum’s Book Reviewed in The Atlantic
UIC PhD Emily Labarbara-Twarog make it into the pages of The Atlantic. Emily's book, "Politics of the Pantry: Housewives, Food, and Consumer Protest in Twentieth-Century America," began as her 2011 dissertation. It has since been published by Oxford University Press.
