History Major Selected to the Emerging Scholars Program

History major Ghermawit Berhane was selected to the Emerging Scholars Program at Pennsylvania State University this summer. The program is designed to give interested undergraduate students a taste of graduate academic life. Attending a graduate level course, interacting with current graduate students and faculty members has helped Berhane feel more confident about her plans of continuing her studies at the graduate level.
