Ismael Biyashev awarded Cohen–Robert C. Tucker Dissertation Research Fellowship (CTDRF)

We want to share with you the good news that one of our graduate students, Ismael Biyashev, has been awarded the 2019-2020 Stephen F. Cohen–Robert C. Tucker Dissertation Research Fellowship (CTDRF). Ismael was awarded this highly competitive research fellowship for his dissertation “Beyond Myths and Ruins: Archaeology and Nomadism in Russia 1850-1925.” Ismael received this award letter congratulating him on this amazing award:
