Download iCal FileThe Arab American Cultural Center is excited to officially kick off our third year with an impressive lineup of events. This year our center will be focusing on the diverse needs of the student body. This will encompass events and discussions emphasizing the issues that are prevalent in today's society - such as domestic and state-sanctioned violence, media representation, cultural showcases, as well as dialogues that bridge the intersectionality of racism, homophobia, Islamophobia, xenophobia, and anti-blackness/ brown discourse. Although the center represents the diasporic elements of Arab, Arab-American, and Muslim identities, we are outreaching to all students to create a collaborative and shared space where we can all discuss the everyday struggles and realities of life, in an open and safe environment. We hope you can join us and spread our message/ events to your networks and organizations - please don't be shy you will be greeted with the utmost respect and hospitality, including fresh tea and coffee every morning.
